Necasino Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Necasino platform and its users. By accessing the Necasino.app website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Necasino is a licensed online gaming operator under an internationally recognized authority. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why this document has been written in plain, easy-to-understand language. If you have any objection to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with Necasino, the following conditions must be met:

3Account Management

Keeping your Necasino account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for account security.
• Necasino is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Necasino:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard members 24 hours, VIP Diamond 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• Necasino does not charge any payment processing fees.

To prevent money laundering, Necasino is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

Necasino bonus offers are provided under the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer applies once only and is available to eligible accounts.
• Specified wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, use of VPN) is subject to penalties.
• Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Necasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. However, the terms of a bonus already in progress will not be changed.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on Necasino are governed by the following rules:

• Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by Necasino.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• Lottery draws are conducted through a verifiable RNG system.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Necasino reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation. Funds will be released if the user is cleared.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Necasino:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.
• Use of another person's payment account.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.

8Responsible Gaming

Necasino believes gaming is only enjoyable when it stays in control. We treat responsible gaming not as a policy checkbox, but as a genuine commitment.

• Deposit limits and session time limit tools are available to all users.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour waiting period.

10Account Closure & Termination

Necasino reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, except in cases of terms violation.

11Limitation of Liability

Necasino is not responsible for the following:

• Loss due to internet disconnection.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government orders, and similar circumstances.

Necasino makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

12Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Necasino may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Necasino's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, resolution should first be sought through the support team.
